So I want to express myself in my substack more in these videos and so I decided to review one of my photojournalist friends Joel Van Houdt who I knew in Afghanistan in the early 2010’s.
He is a great photographer wandering the streets almost daily like a street photographer photographing daily life. The book has qoutes of soldiers, politicians and analysts on Afghanistan who really never walked the shoes like we did, meeting the amazing people that just want to live, have dreams and so on.
